In life there are Constance bombardment of trials and problems we have to face it seem like on a daily bases. I will try to put what would be a series of lesions into a comprehensive package. First we have to understand who is our enemy. Ezekiel 28 gives us a history and a look into the heart of Lucifer.
Ezekiel 28:14 Thou art the anointed cherub that covereth; highest position in heaven that dosn`t breach the God Head. Michael and Gabriel are Arch Angels he is an Anointed Cherub and I have see thee so: thou was upon the holy mountain of God; thou has walk up and down in the midst of the stones of fire.
28:15 Thou was made perfect in thy ways from the day that thou was created, till iniquity was found in thee.
28:16 By the multitude of thy merchandise they have filled the mist of thee with violence, and thou has sinned: therefore I will cast thee as profane out of the mountain of God: and will destroy thee, O covering cherub, from the mist of the stones of fire.
28:17 Thine heart was lifted up because of thy beauty, thou has corrupted thy wisdom by reason of thy brightness: Sad to say but a combination of good looks and money is a hard thing for most of humanity to handle. Can`t you see Lucifer looking in the mirror saying wow ain`t I a hunk. Boy I`m some kinda good looking dude. With all this stuff to boot. I will cast thee to the ground, I will lay thee before kings that they may behold thee.
28:6 Therefore thus saith the Lord God; Because you have set your heart has the heart of God. Wanted to be like God
28:7 Behold, therefore I will bring strangers upon thee, the terrible of the nation: and they shall draw there swords against the beauty of thy wisdom, and they shall defile thy brightness
now it was beauty and corrupt wisdom that started the seeds of pride in the first place. So who are the terrible stranger. We are. And why would we be terrible strangers to the Devil? He never thought we would ever have authority over him. Heb. Gives us the picking order of creation 1:1 tells us who is number one is God. You have the Father, two the Son. Is above the angels and man 1:4 being made so much better than angels.
2:6 But one in a certain place testified, saying, What is man, that thou art mindful of him? or the son of man, that thou visitest him?
7 Thou madest him a little lower than the angels; thou crownedst him with glory and honour, and didst set him over the works of thy hands:
8 Thou hast put all things in subjection under his feet. For in that he put all in subjection under him, he left nothing that is not put under him. But now we see not yet all things put under him.
9 But we see Jesus, who was made a little lower than the angels [now we have the son come down to our level ] for the suffering of death, crowned with glory and honour; that he by the grace of God should taste death for every man.
10 ¶ For it became him, for whom are all things, and by whom are all things, in bringing many sons {God sown one son to reap many sons} unto glory, to make the captain of their salvation perfect through sufferings.
11 For both he that sanctifieth {the son} and they who are sanctified {us} are all of one: for which cause he is not ashamed to call them brethren,
12 Saying, I will declare thy name unto my brethren, in the midst of the church will I sing praise unto thee.
13 And again, I will put my trust in him. And again, Behold I and the children which God hath given me.
14 ¶ Forasmuch then as the children are partakers of flesh and blood, he also himself likewise took part of the same; that through death he might destroy him that had the power of death, that is, the devil Some times we develop a additude of like peaceful coexistence with the Devil leave him alone and he will leave you alone believe me he has no intentions of existing peacefully with you.
I John 3:8 8 He that committeth sin is of the devil; for the devil sinneth from the beginning. For this purpose the Son of God was manifested, that he might destroy the works of the devil.
What are the works of the Devil? Sickness, sin and so on remember James 1:17 said every good gift and every perfect gift comes from the Father. So don`t accuse God of being evil. Then the pericys said Jesus cast of demon in the name of the Devil Jesus went on to explain what is a unforgivable sin. The Bible said if you being evil know how to give good gifts how much better gift will the Father give.
The Devil seem to have a strong connection to the flesh or the carnal side of man. We are born in sin and shaped in inequity. For to be carnally minded is to have enmity or be the enemy of God. 2 Cor. 10:3 For we walk in the fresh, we don't war after the flesh. For the weapons of our warfare are not carnal , but mighty through God to the pulling down of strongholds 5 casting down imaginations and every high thing that exalts itself against the knowledge of God to the obedience of Christ . Now we might think that making every though line up with Christ is not humanly possible but the good news is the Bible says with man there are thing that are impossible but with God all things are possible.
We need to annualize what we are go through to see if it is sowing what we reap. Or attack of the enemy because we are on the right path and the Devil is trying really hard to get us off path.
Romans 8:18-19 18 For I reckon that the sufferings of this present time are not worthy to be compared with the glory which shall be revealed in us.
19 For the earnest expectation of the creature waiteth for the manifestation of the sons of God.
1 Cor. 13:8 Charity never fails, but where there be prophecies, they shall fail, where there is tongues they shall cease, whether there be knowledge it shall vanish away.
9 for we know in part, and we prophesy in part.
10but when that which is perfect is come, then that which is in part shall be done away.
11when I was a child, I spoke like a child, I understood as a child, I thought as a child: but when I became a man I put away childish things.
12for now we see through a glass darkly; but then face to face: now I know in part;but then I shall know even as I am known.
